COPYRIGHT
This applies to software, data and documentation. Software refers to application
programs, screen layouts, and including all other facilities that have been
developed by HAL Computing Pty Ltd (Australia). Data refers to all graphic
visual), numeric or alphabetic information displayed, stored or calculated by
the application software. Documentation refers to the installation/user guide,
on-line help facility, licence agreement and any other materials which provide
information about the product.

All copyright material is provided for use under this licence agreement and
must only be used in accordance to the terms of the licence agreement.

No full or partial reproduction or reverse engineering is allowed in any form,
whether electronic, photographic, mechanical or other means without the prior
written permission of HAL Computing Pty Ltd.
TERMS OF USE
You are granted an installation licence for up to 3 registrations depending on the
version of software purchased.

Registration allows one use of The Fishing Almanac on one computer
configuration. Any installed copy of The Fishing Almanac must not be accessed
via a network device of any type to service multiple users.

Each user should register the installed copy of The Fishing Almanac within the
registration expiry period after first use.

Transfer of software from one computer to another is not allowed without a valid
Registration for the target computer.

Transfer of Registration to another computer can only be initiated by
contacting HAL Computing Pty Ltd and a nominal fee may be charged to cover
administration costs.

Individual ownership of the licence is non-transferrable.

Trial or Demonstration versions of the software are not purchased, they may
optionally require registration and are limited by a combination of trial period
and feature restriction.
WARRANTY
HAL Computing Pty Ltd (Australia) warrants you that the software will perform
substantially in accordance to all documentation provided.
LIABILITY
This software is provided by the copyright holder "as is" and any express or
implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.

In no event shall HAL Computing Pty Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not
limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data,
or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of
liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence
or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if
advised of the possibility of such damage.

This software has been produced for recreational use only, in no event shall
HAL Computing Pty Ltd be liable for any type of costs or damages if you choose
to use this software for business use.

We recommend the use of WXTIDE32 and JTIDES (Tidal Predictions) for
recreational fishing purposes only, if you choose to use WXTIDE32 or JTIDES
for boating navigation, travelling or any other purpose you choose to do that
at your own risk.
